Terms of Service
These terms cover DoctorXPlus Desk, the clinic appointment and front-desk software run by BusinessPlusOnline, and the DoctorXPlus patient app when it becomes available. By using either, a clinic, its staff, or a patient agrees to these terms.
What this software is
A tool for booking, tracking and billing clinic appointments. It is a scheduling and record-keeping aid for a clinic's own front desk and doctors — it does not provide medical advice, and nothing in it should be read as a diagnosis or a substitute for a doctor's judgement.
Accounts
Clinic staff and admins sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure, and for the accuracy of the patient and appointment information entered under it.
Acceptable use
This software is for genuine clinic and appointment management only. Entering false patient information, attempting to access another clinic's data, or interfering with the service's normal operation is not permitted.
Availability
This is currently pilot software, run for a small number of clinics. We aim to keep it available and working correctly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and it may change as the pilot progresses.
Limitation of liability
The software is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, BusinessPlusOnline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. A clinic remains responsible for its own clinical and business decisions; this software only helps schedule and record them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change with them.
